I meet up with NICOLE STANTON & WILL SARDINSKY at the Food Park recently for this interview and discovered two vibrant people full of talent and heart.  We walked around the park talking and nibbling on the many berries and herbs that are thriving this season.  Their excitement about this project was a welcome treat.  This is why we do it... to educate and inspire our community around food and hopefully help to create a more sustainable and beautifully delicious world, one plot of land at a time!  ~Steph
